Banana yucca, also called Yucca baccata, is a ever-green with spiky, sword-like foliage. The bluegreen leaves will reach 6 feet broad and 4 feet high and are derived from from the heart of the plant. Banana yuccas are hardy in Sunset’s Climate Zones 6 through 2-4. Although arid problems are preferred by these desert natives, they are going to grow efficiently in places that are wet if planted in well- .
